Price Match Policy

The product must be the same brand, model number, color, size, and quantity.

Products must be sold online. We cannot match overseas vendors that create artificially low prices that do not support the US economy and local jobs. This includes products sold by 3rd party retailers on Amazon (even if fulfilled by Amazon).

Most products qualify but we have a few exceptions. We do not match BOGO promotions, flash sales, rebates, out-of-stock, gift with purchase, clearance products, loyalty promotions, reward certificates, and employee discounts.

All price match requests must be made prior to purchasing a product. We do not provide refunds or store credits on previously purchased products.

Price matches are approved during regular business hours. Most requests are processed in less than a few hours.

If you're okay with the matched price, we'd ask you to create an account on our website. Then, we can take your order over the phone or by email and make a special draft invoice for you. After we've set up your order, we'll send you a link to pay. Once you've paid, we'll get your order ready to send out from our warehouse.
