Order Processing Times - Orders placed and paid for by 1:00 pm Eastern Standard Time from Monday to Thursday are typically shipped on the same business day. Please note that we are closed on Fridays.

Company Holidays Closed - We are committed to the well-being of our employees, understanding that their happiness leads to better performance. Therefore, we offer a generous holiday and vacation time off schedule. Orders received during these days, are typically filled in 1-2 days upon our return. Flat Rate Shipping - Many times of the year we offer Flat Rate Shipping of $9.95, regardless of size or weight of order. UPS is our contracted shipping partner. Packages shipped using Flat Rate will ship Ground Saver, which means UPS handles most of the transit but the last mile or two may be handled by US Postal. Packages shipped Ground Saver can delivered on the weekends. We will occasionally ship US Postal Ground Advantage to better serve rural and hard to reach areas of the country. If you prefer traditional UPS Ground or need an expedited service, our shopping cart will quote you those options. During deeply discounted special promotions and flash sales, we will temporarily suspend our flat rate shipping program.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & US Territories - At this time we do not ship outside of the lower 48 states. The only exception are Military APO addresses.

Military APO Addresses - We have profound respect for the sacrifices made by military families in service to our country and proudly ship to military APO addresses using US Postal Priority Mail Flat Rate Boxes. In the event your order is too large to fit in the biggest Priority Flat Rate Box, we will contact you to discuss steps required to process your order.

Domestic PO Box Addresses - We offer shipping to PO Boxes using US Mail with signature required.

Expedited Shipping - Your cart offers upgrade options for UPS Overnight, 2 day and 3 day shipping.

Freight Truck Shipments: Orders requiring delivery by freight truck requiring specialty fees will have a surcharge equal to the discounted fees we are charged by the freight carrier.
