How to Apply a Hydro Paper Pattern on a Tumbler:
- Begin by cutting the pattern paper to your desired size.
- Evenly wet the side of the paper with the pattern using water.
- Fully wrap the tumbler with the wet paper and add a bit more water if needed.
- Secure the paper onto the tumbler using heat-resistant tape.
- Place a shrink film over the pattern.
- Set the correct time and temperature for printing.
- Put the tumbler into the sublimation oven.
- Let it sit in the oven for the specified time.
- Halfway through, rotate the tumbler around 180 degrees.
- Remove the tumbler from the oven.
- Allow it to cool.
- Gently remove the shrink wrap and the hydro paper to reveal the finished product.
How to Apply a Hydro Paper Pattern on a Flat Surface:
- Cut the pattern paper to your desired size.
- Evenly wet the side of the paper with the pattern using water.
- Fully cover the surface with the wet paper, adding extra water as needed.
- Secure the image to the substrate using heat-resistant tape.
- Heat up the press to the recommended time and temperature.
- Press the product.
- Allow it to cool.
- Remove the heat-resistant tape and the hydro paper to reveal the finished product.
How to Use Heat Transfer Vinyl:
- Design your pattern.
- Place the vinyl with the cutting side facing up and press the backing side onto the cutting mat.
- Cut out your pattern - Remember to mirror the design.
- Weed out the excess vinyl.
- Lay the pattern on the substrate with the backing side facing up, ensuring it's oriented as you want it to appear on the substrate.
- Press at the recommended time and temperature.
- Remove the carrier film to reveal the finished product.
How to Use Specialty Permanent Vinyl:
(Metallic, Holographic, Color Shift, Hot & Cold Color Change)
- Design your pattern.
- Place the vinyl with the cutting side facing up and press the backing side onto the cutting mat.
- Cut out your pattern - Note that you don't need to mirror the design.
- Weed out the excess vinyl.
- Apply transfer tape to your design and use a scraper tool to remove any bubbles.
- Peel up the transfer tape along with the pattern, leaving the vinyl's backing.
- Apply the transfer tape and vinyl to the product's surface.
- Use the scraper to ensure the vinyl adheres to the product.
- Carefully peel off the transfer tape, leaving the vinyl attached to the product, and reveal the finished product.
How to Use Permanent Vinyl:
(Matte and Glossy)
- Design your pattern.
- Place the vinyl with the cutting side facing up and press the backing side onto the cutting mat.
- Cut out your pattern - Note that you don't need to mirror the design.
- Weed out the excess vinyl.
- Apply transfer tape to your design and use a scraper tool to remove any bubbles.
- Peel up the transfer tape along with the pattern, leaving the vinyl's backing.
- Apply the transfer tape and vinyl to the product's surface.
- Use the scraper to ensure vinyl has attached to the product surface.
- Carefully peel off the transfer tape, leaving the vinyl attached to the product, and reveal the finished product.
