• Start your permanent vinyl design by designing your artwork using graphic design software compatible with your cutting machine. Once your design is ready, load the permanent vinyl into the cutting machine with the backing side down and the colored vinyl side facing up. Adjust the machine settings based on the type of vinyl being used, ensuring the blade cuts through the vinyl layer without slicing into the backing. • After cutting, use a weeding tool to carefully remove the excess vinyl, leaving only your design on the backing. Use a squeegee or your fingers to press down on the design, working from the center outward to eliminate air bubbles.
• Once the vinyl is applied, carefully peel off the transfer tape at a sharp angle, ensuring the vinyl remains adhered to the surface.
