Once your design is ready, load the permanent vinyl into the cutting machine with the backing side down and the colored vinyl side facing up. Adjust the machine settings based on the type of vinyl being used, ensuring the blade cuts through the vinyl layer without slicing into the backing. After cutting, use a weeding tool to carefully remove the excess vinyl, leaving only your design on the backing.
