FREE SHIPPING - For orders over $200.

Applies to ground only and orders shipping to the lower 48 states. All other orders will have the shipping rate quoted in the shopping cart.

SHIPPING CARRIER- UPS is our partner.
We ship the majority of our packages using UPS Ground and Ground Saver to the lower 48 US States.  Freight shipments are sent with various carriers.  From time to time and depending on delivery area, we may us US Postal.

PROCESSING TIMES - We ship same business day.
Orders placed and paid for by 12:00 pm Eastern Standard Time from Monday to Thursday are typically shipped on the same business day. We are closed on Fridays and those orders ship on the next working business day.

CLOSED HOLIDAYS - We are closed on major holidays.
Orders received during these days, are typically filled in 1-2 days next business day.  We are also closed between Christmas Eve and New Years Day.  This gives staff a needed break from working extra hours during the holiday surge.  It is also the time we conduct our warehouse cleaning and inventory.

ALASKA, HAWAII & PUERTO RICO
Due to high ship costs, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Territories.

MILITARY APO ADDRESS
We have profound respect for the sacrifices made by military families in service to our country and proudly ship to military APO addresses using US Postal Priority Mail Flat Rate Boxes. In the event your order is too large to fit in the biggest Priority Flat Rate Box, we will contact you to discuss steps required to process your order.

DOMESTIC PO BOX ADDRESS
We ship to PO Boxes using US Mail with signature required.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING
Your cart offers upgrade options for UPS Overnight, 2 day and 3 day shipping.

FREIGHT TRUCK SHIPMENTS
Orders requiring delivery by freight truck requiring specialty fees will have a surcharge equal to the discounted fees we are charged by the freight carrier.

REFUSED ORDERS
If you decide to refuse an order and it is returned to us in an unopened state, we will issue a refund; however, a $15 inspection fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all boxes that have been opened. Additionally, there is a $10 per box return fee + cost charged to us by the carrier for the returned shipment. All of these fees will be deducted from your refund. Shipping fees you paid on the original order are non-refundable. To avoid these fees, please ensure that someone is available to receive your shipment.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for any additional costs required to reship the package. Please double-check your delivery information before placing your order to avoid delays and extra charges.

ORDER DAMAGES & ERRORS
No worries at all! Just drop us a line right here, and we'll sort it out together. We will ask for a photo or video to see what went wrong—just to keep things honest! This will include photos of the outer box with shipping label and all damaged product. Remember to let us know before you start using the product. For instance, if your tumbler arrived with a boo-boo, be sure to tell us before you turn it into a personalized masterpiece. We cannot help you with products that are reported as damaged after you have used them. We're here to help and make things right! 

FILING A CLAIM
All claims for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments must be filed by us. Customers are not permitted to file claims directly with the carrier. Any claims filed by customers with the carrier will be denied as per carrier policy. To ensure a smooth claims process, please follow these steps:

  1. Notify Us Promptly: Report any issues with your shipment (e.g., damage, loss, or delay) within 5 business days of delivery or expected delivery.
  2. Provide Documentation: Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of any damage to the package or contents.
  3. We Handle the Rest: Once we receive your claim, we will work directly with the carrier on your behalf and keep you updated throughout the process.
