Project Directions

Note: This project requires an iron which is not included in the kit.

  1. Preheat your fabric for a few seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.
  2. Place the DTF transfer design-side down on the fabric where you want it.
  3. Using a heat press or iron, press at the recommended temperature (usually around 300°F) for 15–20 seconds with medium pressure. Note too much heat or too hot of a press/iron will discolor the transfer.
  4. Allow the transfer to cool slightly, then peel off the film gently. If the transfer pulls up, apply more heat and repeat this step.
  5. Press for a few more seconds to ensure full adhesion (optional).
