Prepare the Cup: Remove the silicone hole plug from the cup and set aside. Remove the lid and straw. Place the cup upside down on a sturdy surface so the snowglobe filling hole is facing up.
Make the Paper Funnel: Roll a piece of sturdy paper around the bottom of the cup and tape in place. Position approximately 1” above the cup bottom.
Plan the Ombre Design: Decide on the gradient effect for your rhinestones. Typically, you’ll start with the darkest shade at the bottom and transition to lighter shades toward the top. Lay out your rhinestones in order before beginning to fill. Our design was filled light to dark stones.
Fill the Cup: Pour a small amount of the rhinestones into the snowglobe cup’s hole. Tap the sides of the cup lightly to help the rhinestones settle evenly. Continue adding rhinestones in layers, transitioning to lighter colors to create the ombre effect.
Seal the Cup: Remove the paper funnel and clean the area around the opening to ensure a tight seal. Apply the silicone plug securely in the snowglobe filling hole. Ensure the seal is tight.
Final Touches: Attach the bamboo lid and insert the straw. Use your snowglobe cup as a functional drink container or display piece. Handwash only to preserve your creation.
